Thank you for your interest in the program. BounceBack® is a skill-building program designed to help youth and adults (15+) manage symptoms of mild to moderate depression and anxiety. Based on your response to the questions, we feel that the BounceBack program is not the right support for you at this time. We encourage you to visit your primary care provider to discuss other options for support. We also invite you to watch the BounceBack videos, which provide tips on how to manage mood, problem solve and have a healthy lifestyle. You can find a link to the videos and access code here.
If you are experiencing a crisis, please call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.
If you are thinking about suicide, you can also connect with the Canada Suicide Prevention line at 1-833-456-4566 (in QC: 1-866-277-3553) or the Kids Help Phone at 1-800-668-6868.
If you do not have a primary care provider (either a physician, nurse practitioner or a psychiatrist), you can visit a trusted walk-in clinic and ask for a referral. Here is more information about the program for your primary care provider or walk-in clinic.
